When a Jew, a Catholic and a Muslim combine to take on a drunk and heckling crowd at the Free Fringe, they come out on top. All three comedians of the Holy Trinity give great banter and win over the crowd by working with whatever is thrown at them. Quick-witted and intelligent, they reflect on their religious backgrounds and take shots at embarrassing, prejudiced attitudes that still exist within society. The three performers complement each other well, combining dry, sardonic wit with controversial observations that we probably shouldn't find funny, but we do. In particular, Andrew Doyle's sharp, bitchy and provocative style steals the show. The Holy Trinity are a highly professional trio who give a confident and entertaining performance.
